Living Room Remodel

For this project, the client wanted to transform their living room. We began by removing the old flooring and installing new LVP. This phase was a bit tricky, as it is a sunken living room featuring uniquely shaped stairs. From there, I removed the old fireplace facade and built a new structural wall to support the fireplace, custom cabinets, shelving, and a TV.

Next, I laid new brick around the fireplace and installed the siding and trim. Everything for this build was entirely custom, including the mantel.

To round things off, the original half-wall granite top was removed and replaced with a 1-inch piece of pine, which I shaped with a beveled edge, sanded, and treated with a durable, kitchen-grade finish.
